If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?
That is a tough one! I love some many types of food, but if I could only have one for the rest of my life, it would have to be Nachos! I know that sounds crazy, but I love homemade Nachos!
What's your guilty pleasure/comfort food?
This would definitely be lasagna or spaghetti made w/sausage. Love, love, love!
What's the weirdest/craziest thing you've ever eaten?
This would probably be calf fries :-( or Fufu from an African restaurant in DC.
What foods do you avoid at all costs?
I don't like fresh onions! I hate the smell of them!!! Once they are cooked, they are fine, but I just can't take the raw! I also don't like boiled eggs. Sometimes I can't stand the smell of regular eggs!
What meal reminds you of your childhood?
My favorite meal, even to this day is fried pork chops, cabbage and mac-cheese. My mother still makes it when I go home to visit. I make it, but it just doesn't taste the same as my mother's.

Wow, this is my favorite question so far! I am not the best cook, but I can read and follow a recipe very well. My husband is a good cook, but I am the one who does the majority of the cooking in the home because I make it home before he does. I like to try out new recipes, so that our menu doesn't get boring. The website I love is www.allrecipes.com. This is the best site because they let people who have tried the recipe give comments and tell you how they made it better or dealt with the negative parts of the recipe. Anyway, my husband loved this recipe, especially the gravy, which is something he struggles with making. He said it was the best part!!! This really boosted my confidence as a cook and has become his favorite meal for me to cook. Yay!!! Oh, the recipe is Salisbury Steak! Give it a try!
