Sunday Social

It's that time again!!  Sunday Social!!  I am a little behind on my posting link ups and didn't even do one for Saturday.  It has taken me a couple of days to get back into the swing of things after our end of the summer vacation.  The majority of these photos I found on-line, except for the ones that picture my family!  But, you know the drill........Here we go!!

End of the Summer Wrap-up!!

What was your favorite trip/vacation/activity this summer?

My family and I took an end of the summer vacation trip to North Carolina.  We went to the beach, to a children's museum, pictured above, and to visit my family.  We had a wonderful time and it was my daughter's first time on a plane since she was 3 months old.

Favorite outfit look of the summer/clothing item?

I love capris and dressy/cute tank tops for the summer.  I love a wedge heel no matter what the season!  I think I wore the mess out of my capris this summer!

What is one thing you wish you had gotten to do this summer?

I totally didn't work on that 10 pounds of weight loss or my six pack.  I also didn't get that bikini body I wanted.  Oh, well....maybe next year.

My censored favorites are Wild Ones by FloRida and Wide Awake by Katy Perry.

Favorite movie/tv show of the summer?

Ugh!  I must admit that I love Pretty Little Liars and that finale was great!  I also like Weeds because that is a show my husband will watch with me!

Best part of going out if town.

The best part about going out if town is going out to eat. We went to Pappsito's and it was great. Ladybug got balloon that ended up popping and contributing to a heartfelt meltdown. Mommy almost wanted to cry, too!!

Our last day in Houston

These are just some random pictures from our last day. Ladybug had tons of fun eating ice cream, a sausage full breakfast and posing for pictures to send to daddy while he was driving! ;-)

Sun of a Beach!

Yesterday we went to the beach and Ladybug had a wonderful time! She played in the sand, played in the water and even took some breaks to let mommy feed her, rest and apply sunblock. The beach was working with seaweed overload, which made for an ugly background, but we still had a lot of fun! We stopped to eat on the way back.....I'm not mentioning names, but it was no bueno! My husband enjoyed it, but I wished I had stopped at the Jack n the Box up the street. ;-)

Fun with family.....

Ladybug is having so much fun out and about with her cousins! She also had tons of fun on the way to visit Granny and Granddaddy. We are backseat traveling buddies for sure. More pictures to come after I dump them from my camera.
